Grow with Their Flow (“this site,” “I,” “me”) is a personal blog written and operated by a single author. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site and how it is used.

What Information Is Collected

Comments If you leave a comment on a post, WordPress.com collects your name, email address, and the content of your comment. Your email address is not displayed publicly. Your name and comment are visible to other visitors.

Subscriptions If you sign up to receive new posts via the email form on this site, your email address is collected by Kit (kit.com), the email service I use to send updates. Kit stores your email and any subscription preferences in order to deliver emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email I send.

Cookies and Tracking This site is hosted on WordPress.com, which may place cookies on your device for functionality and analytics purposes. I do not personally set any cookies beyond what WordPress.com uses by default.

I use Google Search Console to understand how people find this site through search. Google Search Console does not use cookies on this site and does not collect personal information from visitors. It provides me with aggregated, anonymous data about search performance.

Affiliate Links This site participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Amazon may collect information about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policy. I do not receive any personal information about you from Amazon — only anonymised information about whether a qualifying purchase was made.

  • Display your comment on the relevant post
  • Send you new post notifications and occasional updates if you have subscribed via Kit
